About me

Hi, my name is Richard Hall, I design, and I code. In 2012 I founded Turney & Hall in New York. The studio has been based out of South West London since 2017.

I work in the areas of branding, web app development, and digital technology strategy. I often work with medium-size companies in education, publishing, scientific research, and the arts.

I taught graphic design in the MFA Communications Design program at Pratt Institute, NY for five years and have taught undergrad design at Rutgers University, NJ, and St. John's University, NY.

Design & Development

I am an agile team of one, that aims to offer companies a human perspective on the advancing digital technologies that are helping to brand and market their offerings. Additionally I produce online digital products for clients to offer as a service to their users.

As a designer, developer, and strategist, I offer a full-service solution. Whether it's user research, branding, or web development—pen, pixel, or code—I work closely with clients to help them navigate new digital environments, creating solutions that are relatable and joyful. I deliver projects that offer value to both my clients and theirs.

Collaboration

I work closely with startups and established companies, helping them with branding and strategy as well as creating online experiences and products for them.

I also work with design agencies, design studios, and freelancers, helping them get their clients online, visible, and using the newest technologies.

Building brands and relationships that focus on what's important.
